So we have parking enforcement, abandoned auto detail and OPD all under one roof. The only way to get them to react (slowly) is though the pro bono SCF users dealing with PWD. At least abandoned auto is up front with there auto response 1500 requests monthly and only 4 employees and OPD and parking enforcement never call them. Dysfunction junction.
